Every wedding I photograph comes with great stories... amazing live bands, stunning views, brides I bonded with, grooms that cried, and guests that became amazing subjects (two drinks into the evening).

There are two main parts to what I do during the day.  First, is the photojournalistic approach.  I tell the story that actually happened.  And as it turns out, authenticity on a day this fun is completely flattering.  Why do so many photographers forget that?

While photojournalism for weddings is popular right now, there’s more to great wedding photography than candid shots. I’ll take sentimental (and possibly edgy) photos of the two of you clearly in love.  Goofy shots of your friends done with a professional eye.  Posed family photos worthy of your Mom’s mantle.  And some  high fashion-esque bridal photos, if you’re up for ‘em. I'll follow your lead on what you're comfortable with.

I know wedding planning is hard, so I make this easy.  There’s only one package, with two photographers, and it covers the whole day.  You get all of the photos, with no limitations, and you high quality print of everything as well.  Plus right-click-and-savable photos online, which are great for sharing through email or using on MySpace.  And I won’t even be the most expensive person you’ll interview. Much easier.

I have a BFA in Art and Visual Technology from George Mason University and have shot dozens of weddings, but don’t even factor that in too much.  Just take a look at the portfolio, and tell me what you think.
